懷舊紙包骨

- 肉排 $20
- 蔥 ... 適量
- 玻璃紙 ... 8 張
- 乾葱... 3 - 4粒切碎

醃料:

- 生抽 x 1 湯匙
- 老抽 x 0.5湯匙
- 糖 x 1 .5茶匙
- 生粉 x 2 茶匙
- 蠔油 x 0.5 茶匙
- 蒜容 x 2茶匙
- 油... 小小
- 水... 小小

- 肉排洗淨.. 抹乾下醃料醃45mins..
- 將玻璃紙入面掃油..
- 將一件肉排.. 小小蔥.. 和乾葱放入玻璃紙.. 摺2次埋紙口..
- 逐件用慢火炸熟紙包骨.. 約 4mins ...
- 吃時除去玻璃紙... 趁熱進食 ...

温馨提示:

- 玻璃紙係舊式雜貨鋪有售..
- 肉排唔好切咁大舊...
