東莞冼沙魚蛋手打六小時爽口彈牙

吳錫輝、曾智華和關楚耀去到高埗鎮冼沙村,拜訪製作冼沙魚蛋的聖手黃師傅。冼沙魚蛋是地道東莞菜,主要材料是鯪魚,加上果皮和花生油,手打六小時才完成,工夫極多。
