薰衣草意大利奶凍

主治:牛奶含鈣量高，能預防骨質疏鬆症。薰衣草有鎮靜及止痛作用，可紓緩關節痛、失眠、緊張及經前症候群。
貼士：薰衣草要焗一會才出味，但不宜下過多，否則會有苦澀味。
食材:牛奶200毫升
乾薰衣草5克
忌廉300克
魚膠片10克（浸軟）
糖100克
做法:1.先將薰衣草加入牛奶煲滾，焗30分鐘。
2.倒出牛奶，隔去薰衣草，加入忌廉、糖及魚膠片拌勻，放雪櫃冷藏3小時即可

我多數都係用北海道牛奶整3.6布甸多!

我之前都有買, i mean出事之後, 不過計時間囉! 5月14號之前我都夠膽飲~ 之前我係uny買都係$49.9兩盒
