無話特別對付,只係好努力唔俾佢太嚴重暏...
我其實依傢差唔多完全戒口了,同埋訓覺時間都好定時(呢個真係好大影響架)...

上次有個SIS教我: 蝦, 蟹, 無鱗既魚e.g鰻魚, 牛肉, 芒果, 檸檬茶
另外,煎炸野我都好小食啦.......
