[/b]1. 把糖加入鮮奶，[/size][size=5]隔水加熱[/size][size=5]使糖溶
[color=darkorchid]2. 把蛋白打發至流水狀，略為起泡，然後過篩[/color]
3. 將(1)和(2)混合，倒進碗內
