三文魚炒飯~!!

岩岩睇到有sis post左鰻魚炒飯既repice,,
我早2日整左三文魚炒飯架~都唔記得post haha
依家post返~!!

材料:
白飯                                2-3碗
三文魚                             200-250g
雞蛋 (beaten)                   2隻
雜菜/豆(青豆,粟米粒粒果d     50g
生抽                                1湯匙
糖                                   1茶匙
鹽, 黑胡椒粉, 辣椒粉             酌量

1. 洗乾凈d三文魚, 瀝乾d水, 切細細粒, 備用
2. 煲滾水,煲d雜菜/豆2至3分鐘, 撈起備用 (其實我用微波爐叮佢..haha)
3. 燒熱隻鑊/pan, add油,蛋汁,白飯
4. 把d飯撥埋一邊，落d三文魚粒同雜菜/豆粒在鑊中間, 用大火炒熟
5. 跟住兜勻d所有野,加生抽, 鹽, 糖, 黑胡椒粉, 辣椒粉, 兜勻
DONE!

d漬厚左就好核突好難清架啦><
同埋我依家住既係shared house..
又要租既..如果整到d地方太污糟..
會俾人扣deposit架..

supermarket有salmon fillet買都唔可以生食的:(

haha早排佢帶人黎睇屋(因為我住埋今年就走)
佢次次都話:wa,你地真係keep到間屋好乾淨~!
因為佢有好多間屋的,多數都係租俾學生..
多數都係英國人同大陸人,佢地都好亂好少清潔d地方架~

我都覺好多人都唔諗人架..
因為我year 1係住hall..一人一個room,有個kitchen/living room/bathroom咁..
wa..其他flatmate真係唔清潔d地方架..
不過果陣個個星期都會有嬸嬸黎清潔d common area..
如果唔係真係唔知點算@@

    係呀..果次真係好無引..甘辛苦又買野 又整 又要裝埋入盒 仲要專燈秋出去~拎比佢食(朋友)
但居然仲要比人話點點點~又話唔好食 仲話食到隻手污濁.....
唉~果陣真係好無心機~係到諗自己係咪真係整得甘差....
但依家諗通左~~根本唔關自己事~自己秋到鬼死甘重~整到成身汗~曬埋D心機~都唔知為左D乜!!又無收佢地錢!!!
依家唔會怪自己啦~~人地唔食咪唔好食囉~~自己又可以慳返D錢~慳返D心機就真~
