榴槤糯米糍

[/b]糯米粉       80g
鷹粟粉[/color][/font]             [font=Verdana][color=#0060bf]30g
糖             30g
水             50g
椰漿          100g
榴槤          適量
椰絲          適量
[/color][/font][font=Verdana][color=#0060bf][/color][/font]
[font=Verdana][color=#0060bf][b]做法:
[/b]1. 榴槤去核打散備用
2. 將其他材料拌勻至光滑, 隔水蒸約 15分鐘
3. 蒸好後, 放涼, 就可以準備包餡
4. 包好後, 沾上椰絲即成[/color][/font]

我未食過, 不過覺得個texture好似有d核突, 陣味又有d臭, 唔知食落口會係點...
