但個份量會就住囉~好似汽水一定唔會飲曬~搵人share/掉左佢~
單車機我未試過阿!但應該有用既~!!我果陣都係上網bid果部踩步機~~踩左4日~個大脾真係瘦左~但好快會厭{:37:}
係阿~小腿真係好難瘦= ="一吋已經好難減....
我做完運動都會坐上按摩椅到按腳..仲有買左果d~10蚊按摩器look下隻腳...我都唔知係咪真係有用~
會吃大餐架我~~去開party都會食炸10幾隻雞翼+3塊大pizza+1大盤薯條+生日蛋糕+汽水+好多酒...= =食完覺得自己痴左線~不過唔使緊張既..食完會屙返出黎架嘛{:29:}
我果陣減肥睇左依個女仔個blog...因為佢我先去買踩步機~佢都會用按摩~~佢pro過我好多~~

挨過左之後~~20分鍾開始至到60分鐘~就好舒服架啦^^~
同埋部機~可以係周維擺~所以我擺係電視前面~一邊做 一邊睇節目{:21:}
仲拎住搖控~係甘轉台睇~~~睇一陣~就做完啦^^~
