唔食晚餐可否減肥? 應該吾得~~~ no ~~ will getter fatter in the next meal 係唔得既因為飢餓既時候, 人的身體自然會張糖分變成脂肪儲起, 用以能量備用
不瘦反胖... 食少d啦~唔係起身可能仲食多左 份量食少d無防, 但要飽肚! 唔好餓過飢! 我覺得應該唔WORK, 除非你一世唔食 少食但不可不食 [quote]少食但不可不食

同意ar,做運動好d! 一定唔得! 仲會肥多兩錢重tim ar 雖然話女仔食好少野都得, 但記住 唔食 同 食少少就是有分別ar 唔食野唔得架~ 未減肥成功個胃都出事呀,做D運動啦 =) agree~~ 應該吾得~~~ 要看你全日食左幾多 食少d會好d,唔食太傷胃了 我覺得一日主要既3餐唔食應該唔得...
消夜唔食就有機會得....不過最緊要係食少啲..
同埋做返適量運動啦~ 如其唔食晚餐,不如食其他野啦
晚餐食菜食肉唔好食飯!
6點之後就唔好食飯啦~~~
肚餓就飲蔬菜湯(咁緊係就住飲啦 可以試下食加樂氏栗米片~即14天唔知瘦幾多磅.
我現在食緊..... 食少少都好…唔係第日會食好多 聽聞有人1800後唔食野黎減肥囉!
我自己覺得晚餐可以食,但食清淡d,同唔好太飽. 食完4個鐘後才好訓覺
