痛風者忌吃蜆肉

[color=black][size=4]蜆肉味道鮮甜,煮法多變,例如中式的豉椒炒蜆、西式的周打蜆湯等。資深營養師黃榮俊指,蜆含豐富的蛋白質、礦物質如鐵、鋅、銅等,其脂肪和碳水化合物含量則較少。不過,由於蜆屬於海產類,膽固醇含量較高,故建議膽固醇超標者,避免進食太多。另外,因其普林含量亦很高,所以痛風患者、尿酸高人士,應避免進食。至於胃痛、消化能力較差人士亦少吃為佳,因為蜆肉屬難消化的肉食。[/size]
