食環署無人性趕絕雞蛋仔阿伯

冷血食環署趕絕老小販！以「炭燒雞蛋仔」養活全家的阿伯，在銅鑼灣以「走鬼檔」擺賣逾二十年，他長期遭食環署人員票控及充公搵食工具，導致血本無歸，但依然逆來順受，最近更被玩針對，昨日他未開爐已被冚檔，四十日內遭第七次檢控。街坊目睹代抱不平，群起指摘食署冷血，認為扼殺香港特色街頭小食，且質疑他們選擇性執法，一度群情洶湧，大批警員到場控制場面，最終老小販仍難逃被檢控及帶署，其後他獲象徵式以二十元保釋。
「雞蛋仔阿伯」姓吳（七十四歲），報稱居住信德街的後巷木屋，逾二十年來在銅鑼灣道一間茶餐廳對開擺檔，每天推車仔擺賣四個小時，由於用炭燒烘雞蛋仔風味特佳，且同類美食「買少見少」，吳伯已成為區內知名人物。惟自上月開始，吳伯疑被食環署玩針對，幾乎每周一控，遭罰款兼沒收車仔等搵食工具，至本月食環署更變本加厲，十日內三度作出檢控。
選擇性執法百人斥惡行
昨晨十一時許，吳伯如常到老地方擺檔，但未開始做生意，即有九名食環署人員乘車到場包圍他，表示要檢控。茶餐廳負責人卓先生稱，他見一班人欺負手無縛雞之力的吳伯，立即走出查看，獲悉事件後，認為食環署不近人情及涼薄，禁不住出言怒罵，近百名街坊聞訊趕至，齊聲斥責食環署惡行，群情洶湧。

其中街坊郭太質疑今次屬於選擇性執法，針對吳伯。她指現場附近亦有其他無牌小販擺賣，着食環署人員前往執法，但未見有人採取行動，令她更加氣憤。

街坊洪小姐亦稱：「七十幾歲阿伯為搵兩餐，做咗幾十年，又冇攞綜援，雞蛋仔做得又好食，你哋檢控佢，個個聽到都心痛啦！」有街坊亦指炭燒雞蛋仔為傳統香港特色街頭小食，趕絕其生存空間實在可惜。
六輛警車大陣仗控場面
食環署人員擔心場面失控，報警求助，六輛警車近三十名警員以及十多名食環署人員增援，到場控制人群，期間街坊透過警員向食環署人員求情，要求即使檢控吳伯，亦應發還其搵食「架生」，以免令他陷入絕境，惜遭拒絕。擾攘個多小時後，警員無奈地讓食環署人員將吳伯連人及搵食工具帶走，事後他獲「格外開恩」，以二十元自簽保釋。

食環署發言人回應時否認選擇性執法，指行動是合理地行使權力。該署人員採取執法行動前，已明確向有關小販指他在街上無牌販賣熟食，為保障食物和環境衞生，須即時拘控而不先作口頭警告。

1個月差唔多俾人罰5600 仲要充工d工具...真系好慘.

道理上真係有權拉阿伯, 始終佢非法無牌擺賣
但起碼有人情味D, 唔好拉咁多次, 唔好充工工具
阿伯咁辛苦都唔攞綜援靠自己, 俾條路人地行吓好喎
