鮮果tart

tart 皮做法:
牛油  100g
糖     50g
蛋      1/2 隻
低粉    160g

牛油+糖拌勻
加蛋拌勻,再加粉拌勻成粉團
雪30mins後 ,壓於tart 模
以180度 焗約15分鐘至金黃色

餡料可隨個人喜好改變~

    個tart皮比較複雜, 而且材料都貴呀~ 如果係咁的話, 我寧願買啦!
