國家或地區「有薪產假」比較

瑞典 16個月，包括部分假期可與丈夫自行分配

挪威 56周或46周，包括部分假期可與丈夫自行分配

丹麥 52周

美國 聯邦法例沒有規定有薪產假，部分州份設有薪產假，最多10周

加拿大 50周，包括部分假期可與丈夫自行分配

英國 39周母親產假，2周為父親侍產假

芬蘭 105天母親產假、18天父親侍產假、158天由母親與父親分配

澳洲 聯邦法例訂明有18周有薪產假

新加坡 16周

日本 14周

新西蘭 14周

中國 90天

香港 10周

南韓 60天

台灣 8周

如果香港都有父親侍產假就好了!! 其實女人生完, 真係好需要有個老公在旁支持同協助架!!
而且香港前4後6, 我覺得都係少左D, 生左既媽媽係好需要休息的, 可以增加多幾星期就好了~
