早排收到信, 要去報到做陪審員有無人做過?

不過就算放假, 之後D 工作咪又係要自己做返

不過我D同事都有試過, 佢地勁唔LIKE 做囉!!

我有朋友做過, 當日會有好多陪審員係度, 每人有1個NO., 到時即場會抽多次, 抽到你既時候可以提出合理理由拒絕唔做 (例如大肚,要有醫生證明), 再等法官批囉, 其實如果唔係太恐怖既CASE的話都應該盡下公民責任既...

一般CASE 我都想盡吓公民責任

陪審員的資格

出任陪審員是每一位合乎資格的香港市民應盡的責任。

雖然出任陪審員有時會帶來不便，然而香港是一個法治社會，擁有透明度高的法律制度，陪審團所扮演的角色尤為重要，因此出任陪審員也是一種榮幸。

任何具備下列條件的香港居民，均有資格出任陪審員：

年滿21歲但未滿65歲；
精神健全而並無任何使其不能出任陪審員的情況如聽覺或視覺的損傷等；
品格良好，及
熟悉聆訊時所採用的語言— 即中文或英文（視乎個別情況而定）

上次我個fd好似都係murder case, 法官會講明過程中必須睇一d證物 & 圖片, 會較為血腥 & 恐怖 (例如斷肢), 咁o岩果次抽到我個fd, 而佢有左bb, 所以法官批准佢豁免權
