‧不燙頭髮，不讓化學藥水侵蝕頭髮；
‧用不含SLS的洗髮液；
‧每日用小木梳梳頭100下（可於一天之內分別梳20、30下），用小木梳梳頭時，是前後左右的梳，梳齒要觸及頭皮，讓血液循環暢順，這樣頭皮及毛囊就會健康成長，不會輕易掉頭髮；
‧每日早午晚做一次收腹彎腰直腿運動，以防止脫髮、便秘；
‧不揀飲擇食；
‧保持幽默感、愛笑；
‧睡得好；
‧用美肌食鹽按刷頭皮。
　　SLS全名是Sodium Laureth Sulfate，中文名稱是十二烷基硫酸鈉，是用於牙膏、洗髮液、沖涼液、清潔劑等廉價去污、去油膩化學品，經皮膚進入身體後，如果你的身體不夠強壯，這麼SLS會令你的免疫力降低，令細胞出現病變或癌症，所以選擇清潔用品時一定要小心。

後生就唔算好後生,但我由細到大都有白頭髮架喇! 不過愈大愈多囉..
我大半年先電一次架咋.. 我都唔敢電得太密,頭髮已經唔係好,成日開差.. 如果電得密死梗啦!
