    我通常tea先會食...放假出去食行街行到又攰又熱果時食就ok
正餐我都要食熱野飽肚野先得架~如果唔係好似雲魄未返齊咁hehe

因為節食過一個星期+咁.
係一ddddd都冇瘦到,肚腩都冇細到..
我諗我係果d要做運動先瘦到..
食少d只係可以唔再肥..

但係都冇瘦到囉..已經係剩係食congee/好清淡..
