大學生暑假工沒有$28工資保障

職工盟立法會議員李卓人說，最低工資條例列明，大學生做暑期工若連續不多於 59日，即使與本身學科無關，也不受最低工資保障，因此形成中學生暑期工有最低工資保障，大學生卻沒有的怪現象。他擔心，部份聘請中學生做暑期工的企業，利用法例漏洞，改聘大學生做暑期工，以便隨時剝削。

應該不用擔心吧, 大學生也不會做, 除非是有助日後搵工的intern

    我是說是有助工作的intern就ok, 有些公司是等於training一樣, 又給你錢, 不過是有一些當你是廉價勞工la, 那一定不考慮

    睇下是咩工, 有d intern幾好的, full time staff, 可能都是幾千
