唔同意, 合約有講話提供但唔一定保用, 係自然損耗情況下經相方同意可以掉咗部機, 除非合約有訂明包維修保養, 否則相信無業主會承擔呢個責任.

有可能, 但亦應該睇情況, 我都試過俾人迫遷, 因我同業主簽租約時正值低位, 但我租咗7個月左右, 樓市急升, 業主想由租約訂明既$5300 加到 $7200, 重話我地唔租攞去市場可以租 $7800添, 我就答佢過咗死約至同我傾, 佢竟然去差餉物業估價處申請收樓, 幾無良.

差餉處的人話妳可以同佢打官司要佢賠, 但個官判幾多就幾多, 通常都係 1-2個月租啫, 可能律師費都唔夠俾
