香蕉蛋糕

[/color][color=orange]材料：(8個cupcake分量)[/color][/size]
[size=4][color=orange]1. 自發粉 200克
2. 蘇打粉 1/4茶匙
3. 鹽 1/4茶匙
4. 牛油(熱水座溶) / 菜油 125克
5. 黄糖 125克
6. 蛋 2隻
7. 熟香蕉 2隻 (去皮壓爛)

[color=darkgreen][size=4]1. 預熱焗爐170度，在蛋糕模內掃牛油。
2. 把牛油及糖攪勻，篩入自發粉，蘇打粉及鹽混合，加入香蕉
及蛋拌勻。
3. 把麵粉漿倒入焗盆，入焗爐焗45-60分鐘，即成。[/size]

    聽說有rice cooker也可以
