超簡單-腐竹蛋糖水!

真係勁易整,,

em..我都唔知幾多人份,,我諗煲到7-8碗
同埋我唔係好sure d份量..haha
都係"隨量"同埋自己試住味咁..

腐竹 4-5片 (溫水浸軟,我會捏到佢細細塊先)
蛋3-4隻 (發佢~)
水一大煲
冰糖

1. 水+細塊軟腐竹煲到滾(我睇人地教話水滾先落腐竹,,不過我覺得煲佢耐d好味d)
2. 煲左可以5-10mins就加冰糖(加幾舊先,唔夠甜再加)
3. 煲到d糖溶哂又滾哂就加蛋(我鐘意慢慢落,但係呀媽話可以熜火..跟住倒哂落去..攪攪佢再焗一焗)
done!

岩岩先煲好所以未影相haha
晏d先補返xd

我都試過浸完佢都唔係好煲得爛,
即係佢係就係軟哂呀,不過仲係好大片= =
果次我就用筷子夾爛佢囉~
之後整我都整碎d佢先煲~

不過其實我煲2次都唔係好識d份量..
第1次煲好似太少腐竹同egg,,
今次又好似多得滯haha
可能係第3次煲先會岩岩好
