絕對認同 我join左elyze, nice*** 我試過每日早餐食麥皮(最好乜都唔落,不過唔鐘意食既落奶都ok,但就唔好加糖),一個禮拜跑三日步到,每次最少9個字,唔使快,但要keep住跑
我冇計過幾多磅,但一個月之後個肚腩明顯修左

我都試過一排早餐食麥皮,冇加野,有時加好少好少糖
lunch食麥皮 or 米粉
dinenr食菜 & 生果 (有時約左人都會食豐富d)

其實麥皮好飽架! 我開到好杰,一d都唔肚餓
而且慣左都唔覺肚餓,個胃細左,細食左添!

唉.. 唔知我今年的唔的得起心肝減下肥呢! 個肚腩大到呢..... 我通常早餐食個包.or唔食.
lunch因為要返學,所以1定出街食.同平時1樣.
不過搵d清d既野..盡量唔揀肉...
dinner就食菜only..
其實冇肚餓既1刻..我冇磅有冇瘦..不過個肚又平左d囉
有同學同我mami都話我好似瘦左少少..
不過自己唔多覺...
