我游25M米辛苦過乜呀! 因為我唔太識游水,好多動作都用好多力,所以好累囉..
我都係呀! 游游下個肚會打鼓架! 游完一定要食野架!

    會架~我會將佢代替飯囉~其他零食照食~
朝早同中午:每餐食一碗麥皮
夜晚同屋企人食飯果陣~我就食麥皮+送~甘就食左3個月啦~

    我ok呀..普通泳池一個直池50m都可以唔停ge...但最怕係黑黑黑!!!!

即係只係用麥皮代替飯都有好好o既效果? 咁都幾好喎! 因為我之前係戒哂零食
可以考慮下你呢個方法喎!

黑就一定架喇! 一係去室內池,一係要勁查野囉! 但查左都會黑少少..
