其實生果有果糖, 如果只食生果代替食飯, 個人唔夠飽, 身體自然會將糖份變成脂肪, 儲存備用
甘樣係減唔到肥架, 而cracker有澱粉質, 所以食得多都一樣係減唔到
我自己就食過隻蛋白素幾work, 兩個月減左十幾磅, 又幾好味, 你地都可以試試(^U^)/
