雙重朱古力果仁雪糕

製作方法:
[list=1]先將一排糖漿朱古力和一排果仁朱古力切成大塊 將糖漿朱古力隔熱水煮溶,加大概一包鮮忌廉剛蓋過朱古力粒 用攪拌器將兩球雲呢拿雪糕和果仁朱古力粒拌勻好 之後倒入鐵盤,密封好後放入冰箱冷藏 將已煮溶的朱古力漿倒入攪拌器打至質感幼滑 [*]雪糕冷藏好後,淋上朱古力漿便成[/list]
