范冰冰的明星護膚秘笈及出糗趣事呢~

皮膚護理，喜歡天然的
　　范冰冰出道至今是愈來愈漂亮，烏黑長髮、雪白冰肌再配一雙大眼睛。不過，就算再漂亮的人亦需要多加保養，冰冰護膚方法，她表示：“我比較喜歡天然的東西，好像皮膚護理，我最喜歡用薏米，這是我家一向以來都愛用的方法，我常常喝薏米水，薏米湯水，對皮膚確實蠻有功效的！”當然也少不了自然成分的護膚品。一些適合自己的天然護膚品，例如含C60成份的PRO or修護霜，不僅給肌膚帶來無窮營養，預防皺紋，而且還減少肌膚的敏感度，讓肌膚自然健康。

　　護理步驟很簡單
“我的皮膚是中性的，不會出很多油也不會很幹。這樣的肌膚也是很健康的，不容易長痘痘，不容易長皺紋。我沒什麼特別的保養方法，每天的護理步驟也跟大家一樣，洗臉--爽膚水--精華素--眼霜--面霜。”“每天出門前做過基礎護理後，不喜歡塗防曬霜，感覺油油的太膩了。”“我對護膚品的成分不感興趣，保濕的效果好就可以了。我的護膚非常簡單，不喜歡複雜的步驟。睡覺是很好的護膚方法，一旦工作不忙了，我就多多睡覺，保養皮膚。”


　　水嫩秘訣：木瓜蘿蔔玉米滋養湯
　　明星說：半斤左右的豬肉、雞爪加清水先用瓦煲燒開，撇去浮沫，然後加進切好的半隻木瓜，一根胡蘿蔔和兩隻玉米小火煲上一個半小時即可。要記得只喝湯，食材不要一起吃，因為營養價值只在湯裏。
　　點評：煲湯一直都是滋補的最好食法。中國有句古話叫做冬吃蘿蔔夏吃薑，這款湯的木瓜能夠抗氧化、玉米能促進新陳代謝，加上蘿蔔的滋養效果。在乾燥季節喝不但養生防燥，滋潤效果也是非常好的。

　　眼部問題嚴重
　　范冰冰的眼袋和黑眼圈相當的嚴重，為此她一直在堅持不懈的做眼部保養，雖然濃妝可以蓋住黑眼圈，但是嚴重的眼袋是無論如何也掩蓋不了的，所以眼部保養一般也是眾多女明星的重要課程。范冰冰選用Mask House的韓方草本眼膜，可有效消除眼袋與黑眼圈等眼部問題。

     補水——忙裏偷閒敷面膜
　　范冰冰表示其實自己沒有什麼美白秘訣，也不做什麼特別的護理，就是在空閒時間根據皮膚當時的狀況敷不同類型的草本面膜。最近則使用Mask House的韓方草本面膜。既天然，又保持水潤，更可讓膚色晶瑩剔透。

　　面部清潔——清潔面膜來幫忙
　　面子問題是馬虎不得的，卸妝工作要非常仔細認真地進行，因為殘留的化妝品對皮膚的損傷是非常大的。通常范冰冰卸妝完之後，每週會配合做一次清潔面膜。　　
　　范冰冰覺得，面膜的功用之一就是排毒，它可以把皮膚裏的髒東西都帶出來。通常仔細地卸妝後，敷用集中護膚組進行密集護理。她還建議，可以自己製作面膜，比如用雞蛋清、蜂蜜或是蘋果泥做成面膜，也有一定的潔膚作用。

范冰冰的面膜出糗趣事：
　　一次拍戲從賓館到片場有一段不遠不近的距離，她便買了一輛自行車騎著去片場，為節省時間，出發前會在臉上敷一張面膜，到了片場正好可以取下面膜化妝。大咧咧的她根本沒覺得這有什麼特別，直到有一天一起拍戲的演員“揭發”她，說她此舉曾把路上很多不明就裏的人嚇得不輕，而且他們還根本不知道那個藏在“恐怖的白面具”底下騎車飛奔的人就是范冰冰。[/size]

    我都係,但我都用過Mask House面膜,紙質幾厚,效果一般,唔知眼膜會唔會唔同?
