我想知邊隻好呀 第一次食又見到佢地有好多唔同數字咁..

講多D啦, 大數係代表有效藥
細個個數  例如係7 and 4都係個D類似維他命丸既野 提你食藥既習慣

    我食緊24/4係優悅 橙字, 黃藍盒架.

依家個D成份比起以前都改良左好多架喇, 副作用都相對少左好多, 不過最好就緊係問下醫生意見啦
