近日，海口市民王女士向南海網反映，2010年8月22日她在海口市萬國大都會二樓金棕櫚SPA養生館做了豐胸項目，但自從做完後，她的胸部出現了13個大小不一的傷疤，去了多個醫院都無法修復。金棕櫚SPA養生館相關負責人侯黎娟稱，給王女士做胸部堅挺美容護理的員工已經離開本店，目前無法聯繫，她們可以賠償1萬2千元，但王女士要求賠償3萬元無法做到。龍華工商所郭副所長表示，由於雙方無法協商好賠償價格，建議通過法律途徑解決。
豐胸感覺像火燒，是正常現象？
30歲的未婚王女士難過地說，2010年8月22日她在海口市萬國大都會二樓金棕櫚SPA養生館做了豐胸項目。該項目是一名黎性女員工所做，在豐胸的十分鐘內，她感覺乳房象被火燒一樣。豐胸結束後，另一名劉姓女員工進到房間內拆儀器時說，貼片放錯位置了！她感覺乳房灼熱疼痛，這名黎姓員工稱，這是正常現象。隨後，王女士在8月26日-9月5日這段時間內，又繼續到該養生館做豐胸，情況並未轉好，反而越來越痛。
乳房出現13個大小傷疤，多個醫院無法修復
2010年11月期間，王女士的胸部逐漸出現13個大小不一的傷疤。對此，該養生館一名曹姓負責人給了王女士一瓶薰衣草精油，讓她每天擦，說可以修復。王女士堅持每天使用，但仍不見好轉。王女士先後到了187醫院、海南省醫院、海南省醫學院附屬醫院，但這三家醫院的醫生均答覆：這種傷疤無法修復。
養生館員工發來道歉短信，稱賠償1萬2千元
2011年3月2日早上，王女士到了萬國大都會二樓金棕櫚SPA養生館，要求賠償3萬元，但該養生館的負責人不同意。當天晚上，給王女士做豐胸的黎性女員工給王女士發來短信稱，是因為工作失誤造成，可以賠償1萬元。3月5日，該養生館另一名負責人又發來短信稱，最多可以賠償1萬2千元，如果不同意，就走法律程式。
為王女士做豐胸的是她親戚，工商所建議通過法律途徑解決
萬國大都會二樓金棕櫚SPA養生館相關負責人侯黎娟稱，王女士的豐胸項目是贈送的，並且為王女士豐胸的員工是她的親戚，這名員工目前已不辭而別。那名黎性女員工是該養生館的管理院長，負責行政事務，不負責具體操作。她們有10家分店，在開店10年期間，王女士的情況屬於第一例。侯黎娟說，店內所有員工都經過勞動部門培訓，具有上崗資格，由於這些上崗資格證等證件需要年檢，目前無法提供。她們是今年3月2日才知道王女士的情況，已將為王女士豐胸的儀器，送回廠家檢查，並對員工加強培訓。確實是她們員工的工作失誤，給王女士造成了傷害，她們已向醫院諮詢了解，認為賠償1萬2千元是合理的。如果王女士不能接受，只能通過法律途徑解決。
龍華工商所郭副所長介紹，他們在得知情況後，也到場協商，但由於雙方無法協商好賠償金額，建議雙方通過法律途徑解決。
