夏天就到, 大家會唔會準備減肥?

再過多個幾月我諗開始熱了會諗過減肥嘛?
用咩方法呢又~~~~節食? 做運動? 食藥? 做機???


目標係點呢??
我要o係夏天前去返105的水平先得!!!! >口<
