薑蔥炒牛肉

製作方法:
1) 牛肉先用鹽、糖、油和水略醃
2) 將薑切薄片,將蔥切段
3) 薑落鑊爆至金黃色,放牛肉略炒至半熟,撈起
4) 將蔥煎香至微焦,再將薑和牛肉回鑊炒熟便可上碟
