我之前有keep住玩.. 不過唔覺有咩用咁,但係朋友又話好work,
你地覺得玩呼拉圈有冇用?? 要日日做先有用 要日日做先有效嫁 我曾經keep住一個月做, 一日兩個鐘

咁大運動量好難唔瘦, 但腰就唔多覺幼左 我覺得冇咩用..
仲要次次玩一陣就又痕又紅咁... 我諗有用既..不過要好有恆心日日做先得~ 我覺得佢會令你D肉FIRM D , 同埋你FING 果陣會出汗, 咁就有用 [quote]我覺得冇咩用..
