我想知"公緩"的長寫嗰名係咩？係咪公眾緩助？點解hk的公緩係派$去幫助，不是由物質上資助他們？

好似係"公共援助金"! 物資既品質管理有難度, 如果派D物質, D人話有問題就麻煩, 等佢地自己買咪少D責任囉! 又比佢地有個自由度嘛!

香港攞錢個的叫"綜緩", 係綜合緩助, 所以咪俾錢個受助人自行解決, 不過好多時係濫用咗. 我聽過有人講過識人既佢地會教妳點扼{:sweat:}

佢哋會幫晒啲新移民，因為佢哋一定一定會有細路，咁咪做到而佢又唔會失業，所以十成人佔八成都係啲新移民。所以點解有咁多大陸人落HK生仔喎，啲仔女可以攞到HK身分証，佢咪可以落HK係咁攞$囉...
