紋眉或染菌致淋巴發炎

女士們為求方便用紋眉代替畫眉，卻有機會因而感染細菌，留下疤痕之餘，更有淋巴發炎風險。
最新一期《臨床感染性疾病》（Clinical Infectious Diseases）期刊記載，瑞士有12人由化妝師紋眉後，集體感染名為嗜血分枝桿菌（Mycobacterium haemophilum）的細菌，12人眼眉位置均有傷口，並出現頸部淋巴發炎，其中10人更須接受手術治理；受影響人士共用的紋眉染料被發現含嗜血分枝桿菌。
皮膚科專科醫生黎湛輝表示，紋眉與一般紋身一樣，刺針會穿入皮膚深層，一旦工具或染料帶菌，細菌令刺針造成的傷口發炎留疤外，嚴重者更可隨血管或淋巴走，引發炎症。故他呼籲，紋眉或紋身時切勿共用刺針，以防細菌經刺針污染染料再傳播。
