如果係剛出來工作, 就係學歷重要, 如果已經工作左幾年OR十幾年要轉工既話, 人地就唔會再點睇學歷, 反而會睇工作經驗。

如果你話岩岩出黎做野,冇經驗睇就自然睇學歷~~
不過如果做返咁上下
人地就會睇下你有咩經驗
