用緊蝸牛精華覺得比起MASK更加吸收,不過依然有敷MASK
精華我用MASK HOUSE
MASK就幾隻牌子都有用

    飲太多水未必有效,應該要講適量,因應個人體重同身高
同埋保濕針危險兼效用成疑,都係用番傳統D既保濕方法比較好
