有無人係租屋住架

妳地覺得財爺減差餉有無租屋住既人受惠到, 琴日睇新聞個業主會話因為樓價高咗, 租金回報低咗, 所以被迫加租喎, 係被迫架. 唔知大家點睇{:sweat:}

樓價高咗, 租金回報低咗---- 迫佢個死人頭, 有得租俾人即係之前買架啦, 咁關依家樓價高有乜關係呀?
不過今日份財政預算真係頂佢個肺, 次次都係咁...鑊鑊都無我份!!!

好平租
$1000四個人住
如果仲有得減就真係正XD

我之前都係租屋住架，不過個業主好好人，我地約滿左但係仲未上公屋，佢都唔加我地租又唔駛我地續約俾我地繼續租，直到上樓為止，不過約滿左一個月都冇我地就上左樓~

而家都受惠到免租，減電費同埋等我抱孫既時候就可以

果個業主應該拉佢去打啦!
