我都係租屋架，以前租套房住，電費就係照比，而家住獨立單位，電費就自己搞掂，不過租金就貴左好多囉！

即係大圍都起勢咁加,(附近又多左地鐵)..等等...因素

其實唔差得好遠，相差左 $1000 左右，但就大左好多，同埋住得舒服好多囉！
之前都係 200 呎左右，而家就 500 呎囉！
