呢的就係政府既房屋政策

【經濟日報專訊】樓價升、租金漲，新一代要建立安樂窩倍艱難。有80後難捱租金急漲，過去3年慘變「縮水蝸居族」，在港島租樓面積勁減近半、但呎租反升逾四成，希望政府放寬申請公屋門檻。
亦有年輕人「一年四遷」，住所面積縮水四成，呎租反而大增一倍半、多交五成租金，更因擔心「友人入屋，十隻腳趾沒位放」，不敢邀請朋友到訪。

[/url]認為，樓價飈令單位放租回報下跌，迫使業主加租、間細單位出租增利潤情況趨增，料愈租愈細、租金更貴情況將更普遍。
為回應市民埋怨置業難，去年預算案紓解樓市問題著墨不少，過去一年更推出多項穩定樓市措施，惟樓價升勢未遏，租金更由「年頭升至年尾」。
現年29歲任職營業員、月入逾萬元的陳先生，08年以5,800元租住柴灣居屋山翠苑逾470呎單位，09年因業主收回單位，遂改租西灣河單幢樓逾500呎兩房單位，租金升至7,800元；及後樓價升，業主收回單位放售，去年轉租山翠苑470多呎單位，租6,200元，住滿1年後，業主收回單位，他被迫再另覓居所。
忽略邊緣戶盼寬公屋門檻
「租金實在升得太高太快，400多呎竟要租8,000元，惟有住細些！」最後，他租了柴灣一個面積僅250呎、月租4,400元舊樓單位。08年至今，他租住單位面積由470呎減至250呎，每呎租金則由12.2元升至17.6元，大增44%。他慨歎租金日貴，單位面積反趨細：「無辦法，因要限制租金支出不能多於收入三分一。」
居住面積減近半，陳要被迫棄掉心愛的模型車；他批評香港房屋政策，一直忽略他們這類不符公屋資格的邊緣戶，希望當局調高申請公屋入息上限，令他可建立安樂窩：「我交得起屋租，也希望上樓、組織家庭！」
另一名與女友租屋住、現年28歲的Gilbert，前年開始租客生涯，他以飄泊歲月來形容去年狀況：「你見過一年搬4次屋未？一是業主加租，一是業主要賣樓，賠錢叫我走！」
為方便上班，Gilbert租住灣仔單位，然而居所由500多呎縮減至300多呎，租金反由4,150元增至6,100元，即使放假也不敢邀請朋友到訪︰「朋友來我家，擔心他們十隻腳趾無位放！」
增利潤間細單位出租趨升
香港業主會會長佘慶雲指，不少樓宇因樓價急升，令放租回報下降，加上不少單位被間細出租增加收入，引致很多業主要調升租金，拉近市場水平：「如100萬元單位月租5,000元，回報率有5厘，但樓價升至200萬元，不加租豈不是把回報壓低！」
佘慶雲批評，港府穩定樓價措施未奏效，預料會有更多市民淪為「縮水蝸居族」，包括由租單位變租套房，建議當局應增建公屋，應付有關需求。

不過婆婆屋企係租的..個業主真係年年都加租..
400幾呎由初初5000唔夠加到依家就黎7000...

依家個年代唔同架啦,,
男仔愈黎愈唔可靠...
其實都算係我身邊既人影響到我既..(好多大人都離婚/俾男人呃)
所以搞到我都覺得第時一定要自己有backup,,
