秋冬肥媽高師傳燜鴨食譜

秋冬是食鴨既好時節,好多人鍾意食鴨進補架~

高師傅用芋莢乾呢類鄕土材料燜鴨,不需要特別醬料,食出原汁原味 ~ 不過芋莢乾難買, 我諗用住用芋頭
