1. don't change your skin care products often... stay with what you have if it doesn't irriate you.
2. stop doing any peeling or deep clean products, your skin isn't that dirty

佢係濕疹? 我同樓住一樣都係缺水皮膚 + 皮膚薄，每次一敏感（即係生好多紅色粒粒，又痕又紅個隻），都會用sofina 支爽膚水濕敷，早晚敷一次，連續敷幾日就搞掂，皮膚靚番晒，呢招萬試萬靈！不過支爽膚水就會好快用晒！ 唔好USE有ALCOHOL既野牙~ BABY們...多謝關心牙
