使魚不沾鍋

[size=5][color=RoyalBlue]使魚不沾鍋[/color]
[size=4][color=DarkOrchid]在鍋內倒入油再加上少許的鹽巴，加熱使油到達高溫，就可把魚丟入或是煎魚前，先利用薑抹一下鍋底再煎，也可以煎得很完美[/color][/size][/size][size=4][color=DarkOrchid]！[/color][/size]
