Timor-Leste product now available to global travelers on Cathay Pacific

Based in Hong Kong, Hummingfish is deeply involved in projects that span Southeast Asia, and recently a line of handmade 100% natural soaps has made headlines: Ai-Funan, or “flower” in the Timorese language.[/p][p=30, 2, left]The handmade soaps are created by a women’s cooperative in Timor-Leste and come in six delicious natural scents: coconut, guava, candlenut, frangipani, lemongrass and coffee. Hummingfish has been working with the Ai-Funan ladies for several years, re-branding their product to add value and expand from selling only in the domestic market. Now, you can purchase Ai-Funan in Singapore and Hong Kong, and on 1 April 2013, Cathay Pacific Airlines began to offer the soaps on all 250 Cathay Pacific flights per day, achieving an unprecedented milestone for a Timorese brand.[/p]
