做30分鐘先消耗咁少卡路里= = 依排朱古力都唔止 {:4_6:}

因為醫生講~
頭15分鐘消耗水份
15-30分鐘消耗"電粉質"
30-45分鐘先係消耗脂肪
所以做15min不如唔好做~根本唔會有效架~
如果要減肥~一定要堅持到45分鐘先好停~中途休息都唔好超過10秒~
因為我體質都唔好~但慢慢練習~真係可以堅持到60min~而且1d都唔辛苦架!
慢慢黎啦~1定可以~~{:22:}
