夏天到,人人為練小蠻腰用盡方法,最常聽的是做Sit Up, 但其實Sit Up對減肚腩係毫!無!幫!助!隨時仲要整傷腰。不過做Sit Up的確可以保持腹部肌肉結實,firm實條腰!等健身教練Fred親身示範正確姿勢,仲有不同難度任君選擇!
