裸睡的好處

一、裸睡有種無拘無束的自由快感，有利於增強皮腺和汗腺的分泌，有利於皮膚的排泄和再生。有利於神經的調節，有利於增強適應和免疫能力。

二、裸睡對治療緊張性疾病的療效極高，特別是腹部內臟神經系統方面的緊張狀態容易得到消除，還能促進血液迴圈，使慢性便秘、慢性腹瀉以及腰痛、頭痛等疾病得到較大程度的改善。同時，裸睡對失眠的人也會有一定的安撫作用。

三、裸睡不但使人意外感到溫暖和舒適，連婦科常見的腰痛及生理性月經痛也得到了減輕，以往因手腳冰涼而久久不能入睡的婦女，採取裸睡方式後，很快就能入睡了。

四、專家明確指出：穿著緊身內褲睡覺有損健康。因此，作為健康生活方式，您不妨嘗試一下裸睡。

人的皮膚有很多功能，諸如吸收、免疫以及進行氣體交換等。專家認為，穿了內衣，影響皮膚進行氣體交換，不利於新陳代謝，對此半信半疑的人試了後發現，她原有的肩膀酸痛竟奇跡般地消失，而且覺睡得很香。另據一些體驗過的人說：脫掉內衣睡覺果然很舒服，對一些常見病，如痔瘡、腳氣或打呼嚕等等均有好處。

但裸睡也應注意兩點：

一是不應在集體生活或小孩同床共室時裸睡；

二是上床睡覺前應清洗外陰和肛門，並勤洗澡。

時刻想擁有健康與美麗的都市摩登女性，臨睡覺前不妨徹底脫光內衣，體驗“睡美人”的超然感受。
