晚晚係床邊放定長睡袍, 走佬都唔怕
況且你有都定心理準備的話都唔會乜都唔著就走人既~ 三、裸睡不但使人意外感到溫暖和舒適，連婦科常見的腰痛及生理性月經痛也得到了減輕，以往因手腳冰涼而久久不能入睡的婦女，採取裸睡方式後，很快就能入睡了。
