過幾日就要出發去韓國,但呢幾日個鼻好塞,搞到個人好冇精神,聽講韓國個邊都仲好凍下,而家咁既狀態過到去都唔方會好><"
點解去旅行前先黎傷風鼻塞??

我e+ 去旅行都會帶埋通鼻既噴霧式藥.. >0< 唔知點解最近個鼻敏感..嚴重左.. 我之前傷風鼻塞會食傷風藥,但後尾阿媽買左支鼻塞藥我噴就ok,仲快過食藥~ 我試下食一粒好勁既薄荷糖或者香口珠, 包你通算塞^^ 我一轉天氣都係咁,傷風鼻塞

我噴左一下,五分鐘個鼻就即刻冇咁塞,
我覺得去旅行的話,用噴劑好過食藥! 安鼻靈我有用過~
