出面d代餐信唔信得過?

如題, 會唔會好多都係唔健康好多防腐劑呢?大家有冇呢方面的經驗?

我係食開Niji's Diet 纖果奶昔, 同埋買我都係透過lisa s個網度訂架!

好食架..仲有幾隻生果味都好好味..有士多啤梨, 藍莓, 香蕉等都有..
