想減拜拜肉,除左靠舉啞鈴之外仲可以點減?

我想搣甩隻手d拜拜肉,但因為我隻手之前曾經傷過黎,
所以唔可以靠做手部運動黎減,連舉啞鈴都唔得,
咁既話想問問仲可以點減?

我曾經去做過~覺得又唔係外間講到ge禁無效wo~
至起碼做完見倒成個身形都真係firm左(個陣我係做全身)~
身體曲線亦都比以前明顯左(信不信由你)~

o..咁我知係邊間喇,
果排成日都係MTR見倒,都有d衝動想打去問下價架,
不過後來漸漸冇左回事所以最後不了了之左
