[*]南瓜,切件洗淨備用
[*]粟米洗淨,1開3段備用
[*]紅蘿蔔去皮,切件,洗淨備用
[*]煲滾約 2 公升水,加入瘦肉紅蘿蔔及粟米,煲約一小時
[*]加入南瓜件,多滾約30分鐘,即可飲用
