係ar, 不過個box入面d野都會有專人度身訂造, 揀返d岩用既野放入去, 所以都唔洗擔心唔岩用
同埋次次比親d牌子都幾出名, 份量又夠多{:7:} 我會自製三文治, 通常都係低卡芝士+火腿 最緊要都係少糖少油啦, 三文治或者沙律都ok, 但沙律既話要揀返d低卡沙律醬 夜晚唔好食飯,同埋食少D會好好多
早餐唔可以好油 營養蛋白粉
